Tugger train systems are constantly subject to deviations from target and average characteristic values. A self-learning knowledge management system for finding solutions based on SAP is intended to remedy this situation. Together with Flexus AG, we developed a knowledge management system as an SAP add-on. It collects and evaluates key figures of a tugger train system. In case of problems, the system selects a suitable approach from known solution strategies and implements it. By observing the success of the solution, the system learns independently which measures promise the greatest success.
