Scope
The project focuses on the transformation process of the automotive powertrain value chain in the forming industry due to the
E-mobility. The objective is the successful transformation of the companies and to provide important impulses for preserving jobs, know-how, and manufacturing networks in Germany and Europe.
Anticipated Results
A transformation hub was established among all partners. LPL contributes, i.a., with a Product Transformation Workshop that applies design thinking to derive product and business model innovations from asset and market analyses.
