We are very happy to have been at this year's LOIFT in the Mechanical Engineering Building! After a break of three years, it was very nice to get in touch with many students again. The participation of almost 40 chairs and professorships provided a good insight into the diverse research topics of the School of Engineering and Design at TUM. We were able to show at our booth with exhibits and our table kicker what great possibilities we have at the chair for production engineering manufacturing. The chair tour with live casting and fine cutting of gears was also very popular. The students were even able to take the fine-cut, still warm gears home with them.

Overall, it was an exciting event and we would like to thank the FSMB team for the professional organization as well as the School for sponsoring the IKOM booths!
