Biography

Caroline Adam studied Scientific Principles of Sports as an undergraduate program (Bachelor) at Technical University of Munich. She obtained her Master’s Degree in the graduate program Ergonomics – Human Factors Engineering (TUM).

Since the year 2017 she has been working at the Chair of Ergonomics as a research associate and doctoral candidate. Her research focuses on the transformation of work in the context of digitalization. At present, work-related mobility and the possibility of location-independent work is at the center of her interest.
