Running for a good cause

Utg staff collect 60 km for the running challenge "ZwickRoell runs the world"

Five utg colleagues collected running kilometers for a good cause. ZwickRoell had called on employees and customers to run, hike, jog or walk 100,000 km together within 60 days.

The challenge "ZwickRoell runs the world" was held for the fourth time this year. New this year was that customers and partners were also allowed to take part. On a hot late afternoon in September, five highly motivated utg-runners started at the Chair in Garching towards Munich to the Aumeister beer garden. The team managed to keep going until they reached the beer garden and we were thus able to contribute 60 kilometers to the challenge. A big thank you to our sporty colleagues!

At the end of the 60 days, athletes worldwide "collected" 106,000 km. Therefore, ZwickRoell is donating 50,000 € for a charitable cause.
