utg team covers an impressive 120 km for charity

In a joint effort, employees of the utg department covered a total distance of 120 kilometres to collect donations for a charitable cause. The committed participants run about 12 km along the Isar river from Garching in the direction of Munich to the famous Aumeister beer garden.

The background for the sporty ambitious action is again this year the appeal of the company ZwickRoell. The company is willing to donate 100,000 euros to a good cause as soon as a total distance of 200,000 kilometres is reached. After all the runners had successfully mastered the challenge in 33 degree heat, the utg team enjoyed a well-deserved cool-down in the beer garden.
