Markus Welm ,since more than 5 years at utg, is about to finish his PhD. In numerous projects and interesting publications he showed and documented his versatile skills in the last years. As head of the research group "Cutting and Punching" he has special responsibility for an active team. In addition, he leads practical courses and exercises for lectures as part of his work at the chair.

The EFB Project Award is given "for the best evaluated EFB research projects of the previous year.
