All researchers from the SPP2013 came together again on 28 November 2023 for a final colloquium on the stage of the Saxon Symposium on Forming Technology in Dresden.

the IDDRG - International Deep Drawing Research Group is going "Down Under" with its annual conference in 2024. From 11 to 14 March, Deakin University in Melbourne will host the prestigious event. Abstracts can be submitted until 01 September 2023.

Four leading world trade fairs, GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST, came together in the "Bright World of Metals" held in Düsseldorf in June. 63,300 visitors from 114 countries traveled to the event.
