Biography

Mr. Martin Dorynek has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Ergonomics since May 2019. He studied mechanical engineering with a focus on modeling and calculation at the Technical University of Hamburg.

His special interest in the mobility sector developed after some internships and working student jobs in the research and development departments at different OEMs.

He completed his master's degree in vehicle and combustion technology at the Technical University of Munich.

He completed his studies with the master thesis "Development of a Methodology for The Determination of Individual, Anthropometric Comfort Areas at Car Seats".

In collaboration with Audi AG and the Chair of Ergonomics he researched influencing variables for the objective comfort assessment of car seats.

In the research project DELFIN he deals with the dynamic evaluation of vehicle occupants. The focus is on the simulative evaluation of the vehicle ingress.
