🚀 Introducing FRAMalyse – Visualizing Complexity in Sociotechnical Systems
I am excited to present FRAMalyse, a software tool developed together with my master student Yiran Du in the working group of Complex Socio-technical Systems Modeling – Technische Universität München, Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie/ Human Factors TUM. The tool supports the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) – a method designed to model and analyze complex sociotechnical systems.
With FRAMalyse, users can intuitively analyse complex and dynamic work processes, identify variability, and visualize interdependencies – all in one streamlined platform. In particular, it strengthens the computational capabilities of FRAM, which makes the FRAM more actionable for real-world purposes, especially when facing large-scale systems. Whether you're in healthcare, aviation, or industrial operations, FRAMalyse helps turn complexity into actionable insights.
