Biografie

Patrick Gontar ist seit Juni 2014 als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie tätig. An der Technischen Universität München studierte er Maschinenwesen mit den Studienschwerpunkten Luftfahrttechnik und Ergonomie. Dem ausgeprägten Interesse an der Luftfahrt ist es geschuldet, dass er bereits seit 2011 die Forschungstätigkeiten in diesem Bereich am Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie unterstützt. Im Zuge seiner Diplomarbeit untersuchte Herr Gontar den Zusammenhang von Kommunikation und Teamleistung während Notsituationen im Cockpit. Dadurch war es möglich erste Indikatoren zu identifizieren, die mit einer guten, beziehungsweise schlechten Leistung verknüpft sind. Herr Gontar hat sich weiterhin mit Aspekten der Inter-rater Reliabilität und mit Unterbrechungen im Arbeitsablauf von Piloten beschäftigt. Sein derzeitiger Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt in der Methodenentwicklung um das Interaktionsverhalten von Piloten zu quantifizieren. Weiter forscht Herr Gontar im Bereich Cyber-Security und untersucht dort die Auswirkungen erfolgreicher Cyber-Angriffe auf Flugzeugbesatzungen.
