Bavarian Barbara Conference
St. Barbara is the patron saint of foundrymen. Every year, her name day provides the occasion to address current important topics in foundry research with our Barbara Conference, which is supplemented by a research marketplace. In addition to the utg and the Fraunhofer IGCV, the universities from Kempten and Aalen and selected start-ups also take the opportunity to present their research. The event concludes with a cozy foundry evening.
The annual conference is organized by Gießereitechnik München (utg - Fraunhofer IGCV) in cooperation with the VDG Landesgruppe Bayern.
